I try to do this everytime I go running... to enjoy the sights and sounds around me.. but then I keep looking at my watch, at the pace.. can I go 2 seconds quicker? At the moment things in my life are very go, go, go... I cannot wait until later this year when I am laying on the beach for 2 weeks... A slow child at play.
